The Buyout Sheet is
used for the entry of all buyout items associated with the estimate, e.g.
stairs, handrails, ladders, etc. These items can be preloaded in the
Parts Database with the company’s standard buyouts or the estimator can
enter them on-the-fly during the estimation process.
