As with material,
buyouts are organized into logical groupings and assigned a heading name,
e.g. Stairs @ Room 104, Handrail At Dock, Ladder To Roof. Once a heading
is entered, each buyout for that heading is entered below it. Once the
buyout description is entered, it is located in the Parts Database and the
associated unit cost is transferred to the proper location on the Buyout
Sheet. The estimator may then enter the length, width and labor
associated with the buyout as applicable. |
