The
Buyout Sheet is
used to capture all of the items that will be purchased rather than
fabricated. The Parts Database contains some frequently used buyout items
that may be selected, but the estimator may also enter unique items for
which the user will be prompted to enter a unit cost. Once buyout entry
is complete, the estimator moves on to the Joist & Deck Sheet.
